Returns Policy
We maintain a 7 Days Return / Exchange Policy. If 7 Days have gone by since your purchase, you shall not be eligible for a return or an exchange.
- In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in a re-sellable condition, unused and should be in the same condition that you had received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Irrespective of it being an online purchase or an instore purchase, Returns or Exchanges should be sent to our designated location for product inspection.
- Once your return / exchange is received and inspected, You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your product.
- A return is applicable only for the following reasons specified:
- Change of mind is not allowed under any circumstances.
– Complete shipment arrives broken or damaged
– Product does not match with the key features in online description
– Product is sent in the wrong style or quantity
– Partial shipment arrives damaged or broken
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
For an approved return, a replacement will be made.
Non-Exchangeable items:
- All health and Beauty products
- Personal care items
- Gift cards or Gift Vouchers
- Downloadable software products
- Edible items
- Products under special discounts or offers
To return your product, you should ship or handover your product to:
166/E, Galle Road, Dehiwala, Sri Lanka.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Only regular priced items can be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
- Refunds for change of mind or order cancellation will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Refund Terms
- A refund is applicable only for the following reasons specified:
– Complete shipment arrives broken or damaged
– Product does not match with the key features in online description
– Product is sent in the wrong style or quantity
– Partial shipment arrives damaged or broken
- A refund is considered as a last resort, should there be no other options available.
- If there is a possibility of a replacement, exchange or fixing the issue, that will over rule the above Refund Terms.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
